※ This machine can be customized to be worked with air compressor or servo electric cylinder type.

※ After the cheese are grated or shredded (depending on factors such as the hardness and temperature of the cheese) by the rotating blade disc, the cheese will fall into the collecting tray for weighting.

※ When the cheese in the tray reaches the weight you have preset, the machine will automatically stop. When you remove the cheese and put the tray back onto the machine, the machine will automatically start the cutting process again.

※ When the machine detects that there is not enough remaining cheese to complete a cut, it will automatically stop and raise the cylinder. After you insert a new cheese and press the start button, the machine will start cutting again automatically.

※ Cutting thickness can be customized based on your requirement.
