Butter Cutting Machine

This two-stage butter block cutting machine is designed to cut different types of butters into cubes, sticks or pieces by steel wires. The machine works with air compressor only.

※ The butter cutting machine is designed based on the dimension of the butter block before and after cutting. By changing the molds it can cut different sizes.

※ Using a two-stage cutting system can reduce the possibility of cheese deforming during the cutting process.

※ The cheese block cutting machine with wire cutting can reduce friction and loss of cheese, and avoids the problem of softening cheese due to temperature rise caused by knife cutting.

※ The entire machine is made of 304 stainless steel, and all the pneumatic components are of the AirTac brand. 

※ Considering the convenience of cleaning and maintenance, the entire machine is purely pneumatic and does not require power supply. After use, the machine can be directly washed with water.
