Spinach Vibrating and Air Knife Cleaning Line

Vibrating screen + air knife, non-destructive cleaning. Shake off dirt, blow away debris. Double cleaning, maximum effciency.

* Vibrating Machine: Mainly sorted by "size". It removes heavy objects such as soil and stones.

* Air Knife: Mainly sorted by " weight and density". It removes light objects such as hair and dead leaves.

Main Workflow:

* Feeding conveyor: Spinach mixed with soil and sand is conveyed to the vibrator by the conveyor belt and elevator.

* Vibrating screening: Through multiple layers of screens of different sizes, impurities mixed in the spinach leaves are removed. Impurities pass through screens of different diameters and fall into the waste collection belt at the bottom. Relatively clean spinach leaves are shaken apart, flattened and conveyed to the rear end.

* Aif knife blowing: The scattered spinach slides from the end of the vibrating screen into the horizontal conveyor belt. At this point, the air knife installed between the conveyor belt and the vibrating screen will use its high-speed airflow to blow the spinach away and let it fall into a dedicated collection net. Impurities larger than the diameter of the screen and heavier than the spinach will fall onto the waste conveyor belt at the bottom.

* Manual screening: The spinach is manually screened for the second time, and then it can be connected to a washing machine, a cutting machine or a packaging machine for further processing.
