Fruits Coring Machine

This machine has a high degree of automation, as long as the fruits are poured into the hopper, they can be automatically transported to the pins, pitted and discharged. The machine uses a combination of a hopper and conveyor belts, and uses different molds according to the diameter of the fruits. The brushes above the conveyor belt can sweep the fruit into the mold, which improves the feeding rate and work efficiency.

※ Put the fruits into the hopper, machine will bring them to the pitting pins directly through the conveyor belt. You don't need to put them one by one and you can save a lot of labor.

※ Standard function is pitting only. We can make it with cutting function as well like 1/2 cuts, 1/4 cuts, etc.

※ The whole machine is composed of 304 stainless steel thick-walled square tube and channel steel welding, which enhances the stability of the equipment in operation. All parts of the machine are fastened and assembled with bolts, which makes the operation and maintenance of the equipment more convenient and faster.

※ During the conveying process, the cherries are pitted using machine tools. The pitted cherry pulp and stones are discharged from different outlets respectively.

※ There are two belts on the machine which can process different fruits or different sizes at the same time.
