※ The machine adopts water bath type bubble cleaning method. Through the billow effect produced by the bubble in the process of release, the material has an irregular turnover movement in the water, and the attachment on the surface is effectively separated by the movement of the material. The machine simulates the action of manual cleaning, and because the material is produced in the mixture of bubbles and water, it can effectively avoid the damage to the material and improve the work efficiency.

※ The principle of ultrasonic cleaning machine is that the high-frequency vibration signal emitted by the ultrasonic generator is converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration by the transducer and then propagated to the medium - cleaning solvent. Ultrasonic waves radiate forward in the cleaning liquid in a sparse and dense manner, causing the liquid to flow and generate tens of thousands of tiny bubbles with a diameter of 50-500μm. The tiny bubbles in the liquid vibrate under the action of the sound field.
