Hexu Machinery Unveils Versatile HX-13/HX-14 Dicing Machines, Transforming Fruit & Vegetable Prepping for Global Food Industry

Hexu Machinery has introduced two new types of three-dimensional fruit and vegetable dicing machines called the HX-13 and HX-14. Food processing and foodservice companies around the

globe must consider three main challenges when deciding what type of food processing equipment to purchase – operational efficiency, food safety and consistency of product.

The unique feature of the HX series is that it is extremely versatile. In addition to being able to create equal-sized and equally-shaped fruit and vegetable cubes, the machines can also convert

from dicing machines to strip machines simply by removing the dicing blades. As a result, machines can be used to dice potatoes for making crispy fries or to slice celery for making delicate

appetizers. The sizing of the diced items can be changed by swapping out blades and making them from 3 millimeters (mm) to 20 mm in size depending on your recipe. This versatility allows

for utilizing the same equipment for food being served fresh at salad bars all the way through to being processed and packed for use at canneries and central kitchens.

HX-13 is compactly designed for small kitchens (7005801200mm, 0.75kw). It can produce between 300 to 800 kgs (660 to 1760 lbs) of products per hour. HX-14 has an industrial design that is

larger than the HX-13. Therefore, it produces between 800 to 1500 kgs (1760 to 3300 lbs) of product per hour. Both models come with either 220 volts, 380 volts, or custom configurations so

they can be used in any location throughout the world.

Every part of this machine represents Hexu's dedication to providing quality through its design, materials, and food safety parameters. Each piece is made out of 304 stainless steel, which

gives consumers the assurance that they are using a product that has been constructed with rust and corrosion resistance in accordance with the most stringent global hygiene standards.

The induction sensor located at the feed inlet will automatically turn off the machine when the lid is lifted, ensuring the safety of operators and reducing the risk of injury while operating

the machine. The high-density stainless steel blades (which can be purchased in multiple types) are designed to be replaced quickly and easily so that downtime between production runs

is kept to a minimum.

By purposely designing the machine to be an efficient operation, it is easy for the operator to use due to the one-button waterproof start/stop switch that is simple to use and requires

minimal operator training to operate. The built-in transportation wheels allow the operator to move the machine easily between different work stations. The HX-13 machines run on

high-quality motors that have been manufactured to be very robust, have a long service life, and have low maintenance costs over time.

According the operations manager, "Before the HX-13, our chefs took approximately two hours a day to manually chop fruits, vegetables, and meats, every day. Using the HX-13 now,

our chefs can complete this task in approximately 20 minutes. This allows us to give our chefs more time to prepare creative meals in addition to meeting the needs of our customers.

" operations manager also stated, "Because the HX-13 produces uniform pieces of food, all of the salads that we serve at all 12 restaurant locations look and taste the same. This

increases our customers' expectations for our food."

"We design equipment that addresses real issues faced by today's industries at Hexu." "The HX series combines high-speed centrifugal dicing technologies with a wide variety of robust

safety features, allowing companies to reduce both cost and increase productivity without sacrificing quality.
