Working Principle:
The feeding hopper is directly connected to the pitting drum. Drums of different hole sizes can be selected based on fruit shape and diameter. Once fruit is poured into the hopper, it is guided into the drum where it is positioned and pitted using a mechanical punch system. The pits fall out through a dedicated outlet and are collected separately, while the pitted fruits continue along the conveyor to the next stage of processing.
