Working Principle:
The dicing machine has two main actions: pushing and cutting. When pushing the material, the meat in the cutting groove is pushed forward to the grating area with a push rod, and the meat is cut into cubes during the cutting movement.
When the front door is closed and the pressure measuring mechanism completes the pressure measuring movement, the corresponding two induction switches are activated, the control power is switched on, and the oil pump works, so that the push rod is pushed forward rapidly to squeeze the meat until the preset preset value is reached, the push rod becomes slow forward, the knife grid and the cutter stop cutting, and the push rod drives the push block to return quickly until it returns to the starting point, another induction switch under the push block is pushed. Turn off the oil pump, push the block to stop in the distance, complete a working cycle, and discharge the material again to prepare for the next cut.
The main motor drives the movement of the main shaft by the reducer, the fork on the main shaft drives the upper knife grid, and the lower knife grid makes the up and down and left and right reciprocating movement, cutting the meat pushed out of the push block into strips, and then the main knife cuts the meat strips into meat cubes.
The dicing machine is compact in structure, safe and practical, convenient in maintenance and cleaning, flexible in assembly, and has the following advantages:
